CONFIRMATION PREP II
October 2022
Dear Confirmation Candidates,
We hope you and your families are well. We welcome you into our Confirmation Discipleship Prep II Program in preparation to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
The Discipleship Prep II Program will consist of:
* Four sessions/meetings focusing on discipleship.
Revelation, Sacraments of Initiation, Holy Spirit, and Sacrament of Confirmation
*Confirmation Interviews, Reconciliation Service, and Last session/rehearsal for Candidates
*The Sacrament of Confirmation: March 3, 2023.
*Celebration of the Mass for Confirmation Candidates – Saturday 4:00 pm
Below is a link to the Prep II schedule with the dates for the sessions, masses and requirements. Each piece of this program is an integral part in the preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation and receiving the grace of the sacrament.
Expectation is placed on you as candidates for full participation.
We look forward to seeing you at St. Francis Xavier Parish in the auditorium under the church November 2, 2022 Wednesday at 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm for our first session and November 12, 2022 Saturday at 3:00 for our meeting before
our first 4:00 pm mass.
We pray this year, as always, to be open to and guided by the Holy Spirit, as we grow together into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and as we strengthen our commitment to His teachings and a life of discipleship.
